Memorial for the Victims of the Communist Terror in Jaunrauna Manors, museums & monuments

Memorial is located on the ruins of the “Baižēni” estate’s shed – the place where on the night of March 25th, 1949 were held 40 of Jaunrauna Parish residents. The next morning they were taken to the Lode railway station and on the way to Siberia.
